Welcoming Mr. Jason Poarch, Our New Middle & High School Principal!

We're thrilled to introduce you to Mr. Jason Poarch, our new Middle & High School Principal for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year!

Mr. Jason brings a wealth of experience and passion for education to our school community. He spent his formative years growing up in Indonesia (Kalimantan Barat) and feels a deep connection to the country. After returning to the US in 2000, he embarked on a successful career in education, spanning over a decade.

Mr. Jason has extensive experience teaching at various levels, including middle school, high school, and even college. Most recently, he has honed his leadership skills by leading three different K-12 charter schools in the US. His commitment to education extends beyond the classroom. He is a published author and a champion of authentic Christian education, driven by his faith.

"My goal is to serve in the Kingdom of God and make Him known. My educational and leadership experience provide me with a perspective on school culture, teacher development, and student expectations that I believe will be beneficial to the community at SPH Kemang Village."

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Jason brings a vibrant family life to our school. Married to his wife Elizabeth, a talented classical violinist, they are parents to four young children (Sophia, Israel, Zoe, and Genesis). Together, they enjoy building community and fostering their faith. They are all excited to return to Indonesia and become an integral part of SPH Kemang Village.
