📊 Term 3 | Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC)

We warmly invite you to take part in our upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences (PTCs). This is a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers and gain deeper insight into their learning progress, growth, and development. 

Junior School (Kindy – Grade 5) 

This round of PTCs will be conducted by request, either initiated by parents or teachers, depending on each student’s needs. 

📅 Date: Wednesday, 8 April 2026 

⏰ Time: 13:00 – 16:00 

Venue: 8F Theater 

For your convenience, all Homeroom Teachers, Specialist Teachers, LST, and EAL teachers will be available in the same room.

Please note: 

• Meetings with LST and EAL teachers will require a separate invitation and booking link, which will be shared via email.  

• If the available time slots do not fit your schedule, you are welcome to contact the teacher directly to arrange another suitable time. 

Middle & High School

High School:  No sign-up is required. Parents are welcome to drop in and meet with teachers during the scheduled time.
