Welcoming Ibu Pauline Pantauw to SPH Kemang Village in 2026-2027

We are delighted to welcome Ibu Pauline Pantauw to SPH Kemang Village as part of our teaching community.
With a background in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Ibu Pauline has served as a teacher, psychologist, and previously as a child therapist. Her experience working with children and adolescents across different stages of development has shaped the way she understands growth, not only academically, but also emotionally and personally. Through these experiences, she has developed an approach to education rooted in empathy, patience, and intentional care.
Her journey has now led her to SPH Kemang Village, where she is excited to continue growing within a Christ-centered learning community.
Ibu Pauline believes deeply in the importance of a growth mindset, that through consistent effort and the grace of God, every individual is capable of growth and improvement. To her, learning is a meaningful and rewarding part of being human, something that should be embraced and cherished.
In her classroom, she strives to create an engaging and purposeful environment where students feel safe to take risks, learn from mistakes, and grow with confidence. Her desire is for students to feel encouraged, supported, and empowered to exceed what they once thought was possible.
Outside of school, Ibu Pauline enjoys playing badminton and taking afternoon walks or runs. These moments allow her to reflect, process her thoughts, and appreciate the beauty in everyday details, from nature and cityscapes to watching planes pass by. She also happily admits that coffee is something she looks forward to every day.
Teaching, listening to, and interacting with students is where Ibu Pauline feels most alive. She is excited to build meaningful connections within the SPH KV community and looks forward to partnering with parents as they journey alongside students in their learning and growth.
Her hope is to help create an environment where every student feels seen, valued, and inspired to continue discovering their God-given potential.
