Term 1 Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) Week for 2025-2026 Academic Year

At SPH Kemang Village, we believe that a successful educational journey requires a strong partnership between school and parents. With that, we would like to invite you to schedule a meeting with your child's teachers for the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC). This is an important opportunity to hear more about the learning experiences from the first term and the progress your child has made.

Dates : Wednesday, 15 October 2025 & Wednesday, 22 October 2025
Venue: 8F Theater (Kindergarten – Grade 5 homeroom teachers, Specialist, LST, and EAL teachers)

Sign-Up Process:
This year, sign-ups will look slightly different. You will use one link for all Middle School core teachers. Once you click the link, you will be able to select which teacher(s) you would like to meet with.

Ms. Heidi Doctolero – Grade 6 English & Humanities
Mr. Joshua Hoem – Grade 6 Math & Science
Mr. Matthew Del Rosario – Grade 7 English & Humanities
Mr. Jason Theophilus – Grade 7.1 Math & Science / Grade 8.2 English & Humanities
Ms. Jenae Daniels – Grade 8.1 English & Humanities / MS Associate Principal
Ms. Jane Ymas – Grade 8 Math & Science
Please note: Dr. Ben Clapperton (7.2 Math & Science) will be available for drop-in only since he also teaches High School.
Specialist Teachers
On Wednesday, October 15 in the gym, specialist teachers (e.g., PE, Art, Music, Drama, Languages, Design Tech) will also be available for drop-in conversations. No sign-up is needed for these meetings.
Important Details
Each time slot for core teachers is 10 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we can begin promptly.
We will honor the time slots carefully so that all families have the opportunity to meet with teachers.
We encourage every family to take part in these conferences as they are an important way to strengthen our partnership in supporting your child’s learning.

High School PTC Information [Click to View]
PTC Schedule: 13–17 October 2025
13–14 & 16–17 October: By appointment (online or face-to-face, held in classrooms)
15 October (Wednesday): 1 - 4 PM Face-to-face (in the Gym) – no sign-up required
You may contact your child’s teachers directly to schedule an appointment. Additionally, teachers will send a sign-up form via ManageBac before PTC week to help you book a convenient time.
Important Details
Each meeting slot with core subject teachers is scheduled for 10 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to ensure that meetings can begin and end on time.
We will closely follow the schedule so that every family has the opportunity to connect with their child’s teachers and have meaningful discussions.
We warmly encourage all families to participate in these conferences, as they are an excellent opportunity to strengthen our partnership and work together to support your child’s learning, growth, and overall success.
