We are thrilled to introduce Ms. Hyun Young Wang, also known as Ms. Olivia, as one of our new faculty members for the 2024-2025 academic year!
Ms. Olivia brings a wealth of experience and a contagious enthusiasm for art education to our school community. Ms. Olivia's journey in the world of art began in Seoul, South Korea, where her passion for artistic expression blossomed. Her educational background is as diverse as her travels, having studied in Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, and Korea. This rich tapestry of experiences allows her to connect with students from all walks of life and understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by students in an international school setting.
After completing her studies in New Zealand, Ms. Olivia pursued a successful career in graphic design before returning to education, dedicating herself to nurturing young artists for the past fourteen years. Throughout her career, Ms. Olivia has fostered a love of learning in her students by creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment. Her expertise spans various artistic disciplines, including drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, and design. She is passionate about not only equipping students with technical skills but also empowering them to explore their creativity and develop their artistic voice. We are confident that her dedication to her students' success and her commitment to lifelong learning will be a valuable asset to SPH Kemang Village
