Monday – United KV Colors Day

Dress up by department in KV spirit colors:

• Junior School: Red

• Middle School: Blue

• High School: White

Tuesday – United Homeroom Day

Each homeroom will wear a designated color:

• Grade 1: Yellow

• Grade 2: Orange

• Grade 3: Brown

• Grade 4: White

• Grade 5: Black

• Grade 6: Green/Beige

• Grade 7: Yellow/Grey

• Grade 8: Black/Pink

• Grade 9: Green

• Grade 10: Purple

• Grade 11: Blue

• Grade 12: Pink

Wednesday – School Merch Day

Dress up in SPH KV Merch (theme shirt/varsity jacket)

Thursday – Flag Day

Represent your homeroom’s assigned country flag:

• Grade 1: South Africa

• Grade 2: Japan

• Grade 3: Sri Lanka

• Grade 4: South Korea

• Grade 5: Malaysia

• Grade 6: China/Philippines

• Grade 7: USA/Japan

• Grade 8: Australia/Canada

• Grade 9: Vietnam

• Grade 10: Mongolia

• Grade 11: Thailand

• Grade 12: Singapore

Friday – Global Glam Day & UN Day Parade

Dress up as a character or figure representing your home country (e.g., national hero, athlete, actor/actress, or celebrity), join the UN Day Parade at the KV Theater (10:10–10:55 AM).

NOTE: Dress Code Guidelines:

• Outfits must be modest and follow school expectations. No shorts allowed.

• Skirts must be knee-length or longer.

• Costumes should be appropriate for a school setting (no offensive or overly scary outfits, masks that cover the face, or inappropriate wording/symbols).

• If students choose not to participate, they must wear the regular school uniform.

UN Day Parade

Date: Friday, October 24

Venue: Gym

Time: 10:05 – 10:55 AM

Program Flow:

10:10 – 10:30 Parade of Flags

10:30 – 10:45 Performances

10:50 Dismissal from the gym

Seating & Participation:

• Students will be seated in assigned “country” sections (with numbers) around the gym.

• When called, each group will proceed to the back, walk the runway, and cheer for their country.

• After walking, they will return to their seats and remain to watch the three performances.

• Junior School may stay if desired.
