Dear Parents,
Welcome back to Semester 2! As we begin the new term, we invite you to connect with our educators to discuss your child’s academic journey and growth. Please find the specific details for each school section below.
Junior School (Kindy – Grade 5)
Date: Wednesday, 14 January 2026
Time: (by appointment) Junior School Sign Up Link
Location: 8F Theater
Format: Optional
This conference is an optional opportunity to meet with Homeroom and Specialist teachers.
Booking: Please use this link to select your child's teacher.
Special Services: For LST and EAL, parents will receive a separate invitation and a unique booking link via email.
Flexibility: If the available slots do not suit your schedule, please contact the teacher directly to arrange an alternative time.
Middle School (Grades 6 – 8)
Session 1: Date: Wednesday, 14 January 2026 Time: 1:15 PM – 4:00 PM | Middle School Sign Up Link Location: 7F Gym
Specialist teachers (PE, Art, Music, Drama, Languages, Design Tech) are available for drop-in conversations on this day.
Session 2:
Date: Wednesday, 21 January 2026 Time: 1:15 PM – 4:00 PM | Middle School Sign Up Link Location: In Classrooms.
Meetings are scheduled for 15 minutes each. We highly encourage families to attend to strengthen our partnership in supporting student learning.
High School (Grades 9 – 12)
Date: Wednesday, 14 January 2026 Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Location: 7th Floor Gym Following the release of report cards on Friday, January 9, we highly encourage parents to attend these sessions to discuss academic performance and goals for the semester.
Alternative Arrangements: If you are unable to attend during these hours, please contact the respective teacher via email to schedule a separate meeting.
