End of Year Library Matters

Dear Parents,

As we approach the end of the school year, we wanted to share some important information regarding our school library.

Return of Library Items

All library items must be returned before the last day of school. Please ensure that you and your child bring back any borrowed books or other materials before June 14, 2024. If you have any questions about what items you or your child have checked out, feel free to contact the library staff for assistance.

Lost/Damage Fines

If the book your child has borrowed is lost or damaged, unfortunately, you have to replace it. Your child will not be allowed to borrow any more books (including textbooks for the upcoming school year) until all books are returned or fines for lost/damaged books are paid. Please email the library at library-kv@sph.ac.id to find out the price for book replacements.

Library Closure During Summer Break

We would also like to inform you that the library will be closed throughout the summer break. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The closure is necessary as we will be making some exciting changes and improvements to our library space. We are committed to enhancing the library experience for all students and look forward to unveiling the updates when school resumes.
