Badminton ASP Schedule Change (for K3-G5 Students)

Dear K3 - G5 Parents,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about a change in the schedule for our Badminton After-School Program (ASP).

On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, our school gymnasium will be utilized for the Middle School and High School Parents-Teachers Conference. Due to this event, we regret to inform you that there will not be a Badminton ASP session on that day.

However, we are committed to ensuring that your children receive the full 14 sessions of Badminton ASP this semester. To make up for the missed session, we will be rescheduling the session originally planned for October 18th to Wednesday, December 13, 2023. This adjustment will help us maintain the total number of sessions for this semester.

We understand the importance of consistency in extracurricular activities, and we apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. Please mark December 13th on your calendars, and we look forward to seeing your child on the badminton court.
